This place wins for the worst possible customer service in all of Chicago, maybe in all of America. I would give it 0/5 stars if that was an option. I made a reservation at this place 9 days in advance for a group of 25 people. I called again on the afternoon of my reservation date to let them know we would be 15 minutes late that evening; the employee answering the phone said that would be no problem and confirmed my reservation. When we arrived, the place was completely empty. The front desk notified me that there was no reservation under my name. They blamed me for the mix-up and told me I should have received an e-mail confirming my reservation. Of course, I was never told to expect an e-mail because at this point my reservation had been confirmed twice over the phone. The hostess was extremely rude and accusatory, asking to see my phone call history to prove that I called the karaoke lounge in the first place. I had just paid for a $350 bus to take me and 25 friends to this specific karaoke lounge and then I'm expected to go through my phone records to prove that I made a reservation in the first place. No apology. No willingness to correct their mistake. They told me they had
