Saba (or vin cotto) is a syrup originating in Italy, created by cooking down wine grape must. Saba melds two ancient practices: wine making and repurposing grapes that might otherwise be overlooked.

We are Saba; we are aiming to do something distinctive. Our group identity stems from consistency and creating meaningful experiences with genuine care.
