Uptown Chicago is a beautiful area in the North part of Chicago. With a population of about 63,000, the area is covered with things to do, and places to go. From beautiful parks, to amazing shopping you can enjoy Uptown Chicago any time of the year. One of Uptown Chicago's most popular parks is Lincoln Park, which has a biking path, a bird sanctuary, and a dog park. The park also sits along Montrose beach, and Harbor. You will also find lots of entertainment venues in the area, such as the Riviera and Uptown Theatres. Both are very popular in the area, and provide top of the line entertainment. Green Mill Jazz Club is another popular selection in the area for the who love a little jazz. If you want to enjoy some of Uptown Chicago's best dining, you need to take a ride on Argyle Street. This street has tons of ethnic dining options for you to enjoy. You will find everything from Chinese, Thai, Cambodian and Vietnamese. There is a wide variety of shopping in Uptown as well. There are lots of little shops in Uptown that can fit you into a perfect pair of jeans, help you feng-shui your home or get you on a new bike. Uptown Chicago isn't short on the nightlife either. One of the most popular clubs in the area is 5200 club. This is a comedy club that will keep you entertained and laughing at all hours of the night.
