The Aviary is the Alinea Group's cocktail lounge concept. Doors open at 5:00 PM, 7 nights a week.

Our menu features creative cocktails and chef-designed bites. We offer several tasting menus, including our 3-Course Cocktail Progression, 5-Course Cocktail Tasting Menu, and the 7-Course Kitchen Table Experience. Also available is a carefully selected list of some of our favorite spirits, beers, wine, and Champagne.

All experiences are available for purchase on the Aviary website at https://theaviary.tocktix.com/.

We happily accept walk-ins (space permitting) throughout the evening on a first come–first served basis.
