An acclaimed modern food & drink spot in a 100 year old former speakeasy in Chicago's West Loop, Paramount Room features a unique, dual level space loaded with urban charm and contemporary design elements.

Chef Partner Stephen Dunne creates a seasonally influenced menu of internationally inspired gastropub favorites, paired with bar offerings including rotating "No Crap On Tap" drafts, expertly crafted house designed and "dealer's choice" bespoke cocktails, and boutique wine by the glass.

Full bar selection including Belgian, craft-brewed, domestic, and imported beers covering a range of stylistic, geographic, and flavor profiles plus house-infused liquors, specialty cocktails, and boutique wines as well as a full menu.

A special note: Paramount Room celebrated it's 10th Anniversary this summer, and wishes to thank all of it's supporters including staff, regulars, guests, friends, family, and industry.
