Our first location, Hutch American Bistro in the Lakeview neighborhood of Chicago, has proudly served our community since 2013.

Hutch American Café is a brunch only destination. Open daily from 8am until 3pm. Happy Hour Mon-Fri 4-7 pm. Our menu features a wide variety of breakfast and lunch items, as well as a children's menu. We plan to offer carry out, delivery and catering to serve the needs of our neighboring businesses. In addition to our food menu, we do have brunch-centric cocktail menu with bloody marys, mimosas, bottled beer and wines by the glass.
