The Laurel Room

Located eight floors up from Pacific Standard Time, The Laurel Room is a seasonal rooftop spot inspired by coastal California cuisine. The seafood-centric menu will offer up ceviches, tacos and oysters. For dessert, a handful of playful frozen treats, including rainbow sherbet and nostalgic ice cream cones. The beverage program will focus on house-made spritzes, grown-up slushies and agave-based cocktails (alongside, of course, a lengthy rosé menu).

The Laurel Room will be open for the season until mid-October, or as long as Chicago’s weather permits. In the meantime, it has a covered roof and will be open rain or shine.
