Craft brewery and kitchen in Chicago’s Old Irving Park neighborhood featuring a variety of house brews, an extensive selection of whiskeys/bourbons, guest ciders, and wood fired eats. Open daily at 11am. Chicago brewpub founded in 2015 by Jeff Linnemeyer and head brewer, Trevor Rose-Hamblin. We feature many styles of house brewed craft beer, beer-inspired cocktails, and wood fired eats from Chef Partner, Matthias Merges.
