Yogaview’s diverse, experienced and friendly instructors offer challenging classes to improve flexibility, strength and balance for the mind and body. Other styles and modalities include ashtanga, mysore, restorative, yin, gentle, pre & post-natal yoga, bow-spring method and meditation. Massage and acupuncture are available at both locations, as well as a retail boutique stocked with yoga accessories, books, apparel and gifts.
