Yo Soy Underground Suppers + Private Chefs

we host multi-coursed suppers around chicago in private homes, museums, galleries, coffee shops, etc. our galvanic menu's can be best described as "inspired mexican". we started out with the concept of "mexican meets chinese", i.e. "mexinese" four years back, and had a blast melding the two cuisines. however, to keep our creative juices from feeling "boxed in", we have since evolved into keeping solely mexican cuisine at the base, and letting many other culinary inspirations play off of that footing. we thank you for reading about us, and hope you are intrigued by our little corner in this vast culinary world. and please, don't be strangers, let us know you were here! we look forward to meeting and feeding you soon!
