This annual Easter brunch is one of the most anticipated springtime celebrations on Chicago’s North Shore. Held in the Skokie Banquet & Conference Center, guests will enjoy a beautifully curated buffet with a wide variety of dishes, including:
• Cold Table – Shrimp cocktails, bruschetta, salad bar, and fresh pasta and vegetable salads.
• Omelet Station – Custom-made omelets with fresh ingredients like tomatoes, mushrooms, and cheeses.
• Bakery Corner – Danish pastries, muffins, bagels, and cream cheese.
• Breakfast Favorites – Scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, French toast, breakfast potatoes, and cheese blintzes.
• Waffle Station – Toppings include strawberries, blueberries, ice cream, and whipped cream.
• Carving Station – Brown sugar bone-in ham, hand-carved beef, and herb-roasted lamb.
• Hot Table – Tuscan chicken, grilled citrus salmon, Indian-style butter chicken, vegetable samosas, and more.
• Pasta Station – A choice of Alfredo, marinara, or Bolognese sauce with fresh pasta.
• Kids’ Stop – Chicken nuggets, mac & cheese, tater tots, corn niblets, apple juice, and fun activities.
