Speakeasies might not be illegal nowadays, but their vintage decor, diverse customer base, and innovative cocktails attempt to recreate a modern rendition of the Prohibition Era. Even today there can be a sense of exhilaration when you walk down in the Chicago Loop District and see Brando’s Speakeasy and let it take you into a world of tinkling ice cubes and old timey stemware.
