The Forest Preserves of Cook County is having a Spring Breakout Adventure day at Dan Ryan Woods!
Spend your time on break, OUTSIDE!!
Try your hand at several outdoor recreation activities.
EXPLORE, DISCOVER, and CREATE!
Try your hand at:
Bird watching.
Nature Crafts.
Making music with nature's instruments.
Take a hike through the woods along the aqua ducts.
Ride the Major Taylor Trail.
Nature Scavenger Hunt.
Experience the Nature Play area.
Learn how to shoot a bow at the archery station.
Nature obstacle course.
Draw / Paint a nature picture.
Walk the 1.1 mile nature track.
Walk or run the hill and the stairs
