Event Details
During our Valentine’s Day couple’s cacao ceremony, we’ll sip on some delicious cacao while creating, setting, and infusing our relationship and partnership intentions within the cacao. We’ll use breath work as a way to release any stagnant or blocked energies and old relationship wounds within our heart spaces that may be blocking us from loving each other more deeply.
Sacral chakra sound healing and heart-opening/throat clearing energy healing will be offered during the breath work and rest portion of the ceremony to further open the love, emotion/relationship, and communication/expression centers. Shaking and movement will be used to completely release the thoughts, traumas and any heavy emotions that arose from the physical body, allow blood flow and energy to move throughout the body, and get out of our thinking minds and into our feeling bodies.
Journaling will follow the movement practice to explore the emotions, thoughts, or energies that arose so they can be observed, made aware of, and released. Then, following the transformational release, we’ll do a partner meditation practice to connect deeper with each other’s needs and desires with a fully open, non-judgmental, and loving heart.
The divine ceremony will close off with a group share and a blessing to hold within our heart spaces even after the ceremony. This ceremony is designed to create a completely loving, safe, and non-judgmental space to allow for removing any traumas that are blocking the heart space, deeper heart openings, more loving partnership connections, openness within our relationships, and more potent feminine and masculine energy dynamics.
